Lacey Fairbrother, DPT, OCS
My name is Lacey Fairbrother, and I am a Physical Therapist with EnTrust Home Health. I was raised in Harrah, Oklahoma. I was a four-year varsity athlete playing both basketball and softball at Harrah High School. I attended Northern Oklahoma College on a basketball scholarship before attending the University of Central Oklahoma. I attended physical therapy school at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, graduating with my doctorate degree as part of the 2011 inaugural Doctor of Physical Therapy class. I have focused my therapy career in the orthopedic field and completed an orthopedic residency program becoming a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) in 2015. I have extensive experience managing patient care including joint replacements, postoperative joint care, neuromuscular rehabilitation, and spinal dysfunction. One of my favorite parts of my job is spending one-on-one time with patients to be able to provide the full patient care experience. Patient education is a passion of mine and I enjoy being able to help patients understand their condition so that they can be an active participant in their recovery. When I am not working, you can find me enjoying time with my husband Caleb and our daughter Hadley.
