DPT, COMT, Director of Therapy Services
My name is Kate Glasgow, Director of Therapy Services, with EnTrust Home Health. I was born and raised right here in Oklahoma City. From a young age, I participated in many athletics including basketball, track, and cheerleading. Injuries were not an uncommon occurrence for me, and I believe this is where my interest in the human body and physical rehabilitation was sparked. I graduated from Westmoore High School and went on to the University of Oklahoma, where I was an active member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority. I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2012 with a Bachelor of Psychology with an emphasis in Pre-Medicine. I went on to graduate from the OU Health Sciences Center in 2016 with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After graduation, I began my career as an outpatient therapist while completing another year-long program to obtain my Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT). After spending a year in the outpatient therapy setting, I knew I wanted to make the transition to home health. I find that having one-on-one time with patients in their own home is invaluable, and allows for a much more meaningful and personal rehabilitation experience. I love helping patients get back to their daily routines, and I truly believe that begins in the home. I also find that it is easier to build relationships with patients in the home setting, and one of my favorite things about being your home health therapist is getting to meet your family (and pets) during the process. When I’m not at work, you can find me traveling, trying out new local restaurants, spending time with my family and dogs, and cheering on my sports teams (OU Sooners, Dallas Cowboys, and Texas Rangers).
