Taylor Lewis-Eldridge
DPT, Director of Therapy Services

Taylor Lewis, DPT

My name is Taylor Lewis-Eldridge, Physical Therapist, with EnTrust Home Health. I was born and raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. From a young age, I excelled in basketball and was able to achieve an athletic scholarship to Northeastern State University (NSU) in Tahlequah, OK. Participating in basketball for many years landed me with several injuries. This gave me a taste of the rehabilitation world and inspired my desire to become a physical therapist. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from NSU in 2013. I moved on to graduate with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (Boomer Sooner). I have been in the home health setting since October of 2016, and I have never looked back. I absolutely love what I do and working in the home health setting. There is something special and unique about working in an environment that is familiar and comfortable to the patient. Home health also allows more one-on-one time with patients, which is a bonus. Patient-centered care, and not only treating, but getting to know each individual patient is the most rewarding part of the job. A motivating spirit and listening ear are what I hope to always bring into patients' homes. Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my spouse and our three dogs, enjoying a delicious meal on a patio, watching a good sports game, or travelling to our favorite vacation spot in Florida.
