Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

Well established Home Health agency is seeking motivated, professional, and enthusiastic PT with home health experience to join our team. Our organization specializes in orthopedics. We work with some of the state's most elite orthopedic surgeons. Applicants must have excellent time management, planning, organization, and impeccable assessment skills. These positions require individuals that are extremely organized, and are able to work within a very fast paced work environment. A Registered Physical Therapist (PT) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the DON / Clinical Manager.

Qualifications/Skills:

  1. Shall be currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Oklahoma.
  2. Two (2) years experience, preferred.
  3. Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education, American Physical Therapy Association, or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and American Physical Therapy Association.
  4. Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this Agency.
  5. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
  6. Have a command of English language.
  7. Must possess current CPR certification upon hire date.
  8. Previous home health experience preferred.
  9. Must have a current Oklahoma driver license and a good driving record.
  10. Must have a current insurance verification card for any vehicle that will be used by the employee for transportation.
  11. Must have a dependable vehicle.
  12. Job requires possible lifting and transferring of clients.
  13. Job requires traveling up to a within service area from the established agency.
  14. Employee must have and maintain a working cell/home telephone.

A Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Physical Therapist (PT).

  1. Graduate from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  2. Currently licensed, registered or certified in the state(s) in which practicing.
  3. Two (2) years’ experience, preferred.

Well established Home Health agency is seeking motivated, professional, and enthusiastic Registered Nurses with home health experience to join our team. Our organization specializes in orthopedics. We work with some of the state's most elite orthopedic surgeons. We are looking for high energy RNs that have extensive experience in Admissions and the OASIS. These individuals will be responsible for admissions, re-certifications, and discharges, but primarily starts of care depending on agency referrals. Applicants must have excellent time management, planning, organization, and impeccable assessment skills. These positions require individuals that are extremely organized, and are able to work within a very fast paced work environment.

Qualifications/Skills:

  1. Shall be currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.
  2. Preferably shall have at least one (1) year hospital experience as an RN.
  3. Graduate from an accredited RN school.
  4. Have a command of English language.
  5. Must possess current CPR certification upon hire date.
  6. Previous home health experience preferred.

Job Title: Insurance/Medicare Billing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking the right individual with previous Insurance billing experience that possesses leadership qualities. We currently have an opening for Billing Coordinator / Collections. This position requires a person to promptly, efficiently and accurately execute all aspects of the billing process. Coordinators must communicate effectively and interact with the provider group and health plans on a daily basis. Effective time management skills are a necessity, while working independently, detail-oriented, and able to independently process requests smoothly and efficiently with minimal mistakes. Speaks with confidence, able to communicate with patients/representatives/staff in a respectful and concise manner.

Qualifications/Skills:

  1. Must have at least 2 years recent experience as a Billing Coordinator / Specialist within the home health industry.
  2. Extensive knowledge of billing regulations and procedures.
  3. Experience reviewing and auditing patient charts for both accuracy and completeness.
  4. Responsible for calling insurance companies for authorization on disciplines for home health and entering into authorization program.
  5. Responsible for billing insurance companies in a timely manner and following up on outstanding claims.
  6. Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
  7. Kinnser experience is a plus.
