Emily Hammons
DPT

I am from Harrah, OK, and I played softball from the age of 3 throughout my high school years. I sustained knee injuries that necessitated surgery to resume my athletic pursuits. Having to go thru physical therapy myself, this experience instilled in me a desire to assist others in achieving their goals throughout the recovery process thus kicking off my desire for a career in Physical Therapy. In 2013, I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a biology degree. Subsequently, I attended Langston University from 2014 to 2017. In 2021, I joined Entrust and brought a unique perspective to my role, combining my own patient experiences with my acute care background. Empathy and compassion for patients at their most vulnerable moments are core values that I strive to uphold. As a mother, my free time is limited but cherished. My close-knit family ensures that we share every experience together. You may hear me discuss the Thunder games, college softball games, and my chicken and my gardening endeavors.
