Esmeralda Angeles, PT, DPT, MTC

My name is Esmeralda Angeles, and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with EnTrust Home Health. I was born and raised in Hidalgo, Mexico, and relocated to the United States in 2010. I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City before completing my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Missouri State University.

My passion for physical therapy began in college when I had the opportunity to volunteer at an outpatient physical therapy clinic. From that experience on, I knew I wanted to help people regain their independence and return to the activities they love. One of the most rewarding parts of my career is helping patients recover after orthopedic surgery and celebrating each milestone along the way.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our kids, playing in the backyard, tending to my "salsa" garden, or cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder—Go Thunder! I also enjoy getting lost in a good book, although these days I've learned to appreciate audiobooks while driving between patient visits.
