Cate Wright, PT, DPT, OCS

My name is Cate Wright, and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) with EnTrust Home Health.
Although I was born in Michigan, Oklahoma has always been home. I grew up just a few miles from where I live today. I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma and my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
My passion for orthopedics developed early in my career, leading me to complete an Orthopedic Residency through Evidence in Motion shortly after graduation. Before joining EnTrust Home Health, I spent 12 years practicing in outpatient orthopedics, helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
As a mom of two young children, transitioning to home health has given me the opportunity to continue doing what I love while creating a better balance for my family. One of the most rewarding aspects of home health is the ability to spend dedicated one-on-one time with each patient. I especially enjoy guiding patients through their recovery after orthopedic surgery, helping reduce the anxiety that often comes with the process and creating an individualized plan that builds confidence from day one.
When I'm not wearing my scrubs, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, prioritizing my own health, or traveling whenever we have the opportunity.
