    We were assigned to EnTrust home health for both wound care and PT following my 3 rotator cuff surgeries this year. All three were the same shoulder as I kept reinjuring my shoulder. Chastity Horton was my nurse and took care of my wound care. She was fabulous!!! I had several therapists. Liza was my favorite!! Taylor, and Stephen also did therapy and progress evaluations. Will definitely use them again should the need arise in the future.
